For individuals

How much of yourself are you changing to make it work?

Online sessions for adults who understand what is happening — and still keep repeating it. Together you work out what keeps the pattern going and what you want instead.

This may be for you if

  • 01You keep adjusting yourself to keep a relationship, family or job working.
  • 02“Am I asking too much?” crosses your mind more often than you’d like.
  • 03You understand your patterns, yet still end up in the same place.
  • 04Motherhood, a move abroad or another change has left you unsure who you are now.
  • 05Rest, pleasure or saying “no” feel like things you have to earn.

Sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever you live. Goals are agreed together and reviewed regularly, so you can see whether the work is helping.

There is no diagnosis of someone who isn’t in the room, and no verdict on whether to stay or leave. You get space to think clearly — and support in acting on what you decide.
